The Phoenix is Rising

Our new seasonal pizza the Phoenix.

 

Rising from the flames of our ovens, the Phoenix certainly lives up to its mythological name. Once you taste this flavorful seasonal pizza, you’ll want another and another and another and another. And there’s nothing wrong with that!

The Phoenix is our first seasonal pizza of 2018 — an earthy pizza with a white sauce base, topped with house-roasted button mushrooms, fresh peppery arugula, mild Italian sausage, asiago cheese, roasted red bell peppers and rosemary, finished with a drizzle of tangy, sweet balsamic fig glaze. Not even Zeus himself could resist this powerful flavor combination.

If you’re looking to get a little more green in your diet, our first-ever seasonal salad is a pure delight. For the winter, this hearty salad with kale and peppery arugula is combined with creamy ricotta cheese, roasted red peppers, red onions, seasonal house-roasted mushrooms, all tossed together with tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

 

 

We’re all about radical personalization here at MOD. It’s been our MO from the very beginning! So we’re adding three seasonal toppings you’ve GOT to try on your MOD creation. In addition to our more than 30 topping choices — we now have house-roasted whole button mushrooms, fresh-cut kale and Mike’s Hot Honey, the spicy and sweet finishing sauce we just love.
