Great real estate is a key factor in our success. If you’re a broker, landlord or developer, we’d love to hear from you. A few things we look for:

Trade Area:

  • Grocery, big box or other daily needs anchored centers, along with supporting retail generators
  • Residential population – minimum 30 – 40k within 10-min drive; larger than average household size
  • Above average household income as compared to DMA average
  • Strong daytime working population
  • Traffic counts of minimum 25k vpd

Site:

  • 2600+/- sf
  • 35 ft frontage (minimum)
  • End-cap or free-standing (with drive-thru window preferred)
  • Patio space for outdoor seating
