People before pizza — that’s the MOD mission. This mission extends not only to our employees and the communities they serve, but also to those who farm, process, and transport the food served at MOD. We are developing policies modeled after the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and we will expect all the companies in our food supply chain to uphold these principles.
Raising Our Standards
When it comes to animal health and well-being, we have a responsibility to ensure animals are treated with respect and care. MOD supports the Five Freedoms principle for care throughout the life of all farm animals. We purchase from suppliers who commit to these values, working closely with them to ensure the humane treatment of animals.

Sourcing Quality Ingredients
We can only make high-quality, delicious food by sourcing the freshest, finest ingredients. We’re committed to serving food that both tastes good and is good for you. Our goal is to eliminate artificial colors from ingredients in our pizzas and salads. Currently, we are 94% of the way to achieving that milestone.
