Industry Pioneer’s 2015 Record Growth of 220% Recognized in Top 500 Chain Restaurant Report
SEATTLE, Wash. (April 29, 2016) – MOD Pizza, the pioneer of fast casual pizza, announced that it has been ranked the fastest growing chain restaurant by Technomic, a research and consulting firm, in its annual Top 500 Chain Restaurant Report. MOD earned the top ranking with sales growth of 220% in 2015, significantly outpacing the 37% growth of the fast casual pizza category. In addition, MOD made its debut on Technomic’s 2015 overall restaurant ranking, placing 385th based on annual sales.
