Isaac

Shining a light where it's needed most

A Story of Heartbreak and Hope

In the United States, suicide is the SECOND leading cause of death for ages 10-35.* At MOD, this was made personal by the story of a boy, Isaac, and his relationship with a very special MOD Squad in Naperville, Illinois. This relationship was the inspiration for a pizza and a partnership we used to make a powerful impact.

THE LETTER THAT COMPELLED US TO ACT

MOD Co-founder Ally Svenson introduces the story of the Pedley family in a letter written by Isaac’s mother.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

THE JED FOUNDATION

There are many ways to take action and support mental health. JED offers tons of resources to help people learn more about mental health, suicide prevention, and how to be there for yourself or a friend.
